• 1 1/2 oz. Tequila
• 1/2 oz. Triple Sec & Rum
• Splash Lime Juice & Sour Mix
Shake, strain into a Rocks glass, Garnish with lime wedge.
Alamo Splash
• 1 1/2 oz. Tequila
• 1 oz. Orange Juice
• 1/2 oz. Pineapple Juice
• 1 splash Lemon Lime soda
Stir, serve over ice in a Collins glass.
Bloody Maria
• 1 1/2 oz. Tequila
• Dashes of Worcestershire, Tabasco, Salt, Pepper & Lime juice
• Tomato juice to fill
Build in above order in a Tall glass, Garnish with a Celery stalk,
Lime wedge & Jalepeno pepper if desired.
Blue Margarita
• 1 1/2 oz. Tequila
• 3/4 oz. Blue Curacao
• Sour mix
Blend with ice & Serve up or on the rocks in a Salt rimmed glass,

• 3/4 oz. Kahlua
Build over ice in a Rocks glass, Garnish with a Twist of lemon.

Pour Tequila & Orange juice over ice in a Lowball glass, Float
Galliano.
Golden Margarita
• 1 1/4 oz. Cuervo
• 3/4 oz. Grand Marnier
• Dash each of; Sour mix & Lime juice
Shake with ice, Serve on Rocks or Strain into Salt rimmed glass,
Garnish with a Lime wedge.
Green Genie
• Equal parts of Green Chartreuse & Tequila
Hand swirl over ice, Strain into a Pony or Shot glass.
Jagerita
• 1/2 oz. each of: Jagermeister, Cuervo, Cointreau
• Splash of Lime juice
Shake and strain into a Rocks or large Shot glass.
Margarita
• 1 1/2 oz. Tequila
• 3/4 oz. Triple Sec (or Cointreau)
• Splash of Sour Mix & Dash of Lime Juice
Shake with ice, Serve on the rocks or Strain to serve up in a
Salt rimmed glass, Add more juice & blend with crushed ice for
Frozen variation, Garnish with a Lime wedge.
Mexican Berry
• 3/4 oz. Chambord
• 1/4 oz. Cuervo Gold
Shake with ice, Strain into a Sugar frosted Pony glass.
Mexican Coffee
• 3/4 oz. each: Kahlua & Tequila
• Coffee
• Whipped Cream
Pour coffee over liqueurs & Top with Whipped cream, Garnish with
a Cherry.
Panama Red
• 1 1/4 oz. Cuervo
• 3/4 oz. Triple Sec
• Dash of Sour mix & Grenadine
Shake over ice, Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Perfect Margarita
• 1 1/2 oz. premium Tequila
• 1 oz. Cointreau
• Juice of half a Lime & half a Lemon
Shake with ice, Strain to serve up in a Salt rimmed glass.
Purple Nurple
• 1/2 oz. Tequila
• 1/4 oz. Blue Curacao
• 1/4 oz. Sloe Gin
Hand swirl over ice, Strain into a Pony or Shot glass.
Sauzaliky
• 1 oz. Tequila
• Splash of Orange Juice
• Dash of Lemon Juice
• 1/2 of a Banana
Blend with Crushed ice, Serve in a Highball or Decorative glass.
Shady Lady
• 1 oz. Tequila
• 1 oz. Melon Liqueur
• 4 oz. Grapefruit Juice
Serve over ice in Highball glass, Garnish with twist of lime
& a cherry.
Strawberry Marguarita
• 1 oz. Tequila
• 1/2 oz. Triple Sec
• Splash each: Pureed Strawberries (or fresh), Sour mix
• Dash of Grenadine
Blend with Crushed ice, Serve in a Sugar frosted Decorative glass,
Garnish with a Lime wedge & fresh Strawberry if available.
Tequila Sunrise
• 1 1/2 oz. Tequila
• Orange Juice
• Grenadine
Pour Tequila & Orange juice in a Collins glass over ice, Trickle
grenadine on top.
Tequini
• 1 1/2 oz. Tequila
• Splash of Dry Vermouth
Shake with ice to serve on the rocks, or Strain to serve up in
a chilled cocktail glass.
