• Lime Juice
• a dash of Simple Syrup or Sour mix

• 1 oz. Light Rum
• 1/2 oz. French Vermouth
• 1 tsp. Grenadine
• Dash of Curacao
Stir with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

• Dash of Orange Curacao

Hand swirl over ice & Strain into a Pony or Shot glass.

• Shake over ice, Strain into a chilled cocktail glass, Garnish
with a coffee bean.
Van Vleet

• 1 oz. each of Maple syrup & Lemon juice

• 151% Rum
Blend rums, brandy, simple syrup & pineapple juice with ice,
Pour into Collins or Hurricane glass, Float 151 on top.
