• 2 parts Baileys
• 2 parts light cream
• dash almond essence
Combine all ingredients, shake and pour over ice.

• 4 tsp (20 ml) brandy
• 1 tbsp (15 ml) Baileys
Blend with ice until smooth, and serve straigh up.
* Add 1 tbsp (15 ml) white Creme de Cacao if desired.

• 1 part Baileys
• 1 part Malibu
• 1 part Pina Colada mix
• ice
Mix together and pour.

• 1 part orange liqueur
Build over ice and garnish with strawberries or cherries.

• splash cream
Serve over ice with cream.

• club soda
Serve over ice in tall glass.

• shot Amaretto
• shot coffee liqueur

• 30 ml Baileys
• 15 ml Drambuie
• 15 ml butterscotch schnapps
• 75 ml cream
Blend for 30 seconds, then pour into a long glass with chocolate
flakes on top.
Love Mountain
• 2 tbsp (30 ml) vodka
• 1 tbsp (15 ml) creme de cassis
• 1 tbsp (15 ml) Baileys
• 1 tbsp (15 ml) cream
• dash grenadine
Blend all ingredients and pour over crushed ice. Garnish with

• 1 part green Creme de Cacao
• 1 part melon liqueur
• 1 part Baileys
Layer in order.
Nougat Cocktail
• 2 tsp (10 ml) DOM Benedictine
• 2 tbsp (30 ml) hazelnut liqueur
• 2 tsp (10 ml) Baileys
Pour in order, then layer Baileys.
Oatmeal Cookie Cocktail
• 1 part Baileys
• 1 part butterscotch schnapps
• 1 part cinnamon schnapps
Mix and pour.

Serve over ice.
Quick Sand
• 1/3 shot coffee liqueur
• 1/3 shot melon liqueur
• 1/3 shot Baileys
Pour ingredients into a shaker with ice, shake and strain into
a tall glass.
Rabbit Punch Cocktail
• 2 tsp (10 ml) Campari
• 2 tsp (10 ml) dark Creme de Cacao
• 2 tsp (10 ml) Malibu
• 1 tbsp (15 ml) Baileys
Pour in order then layer Baileys.
Screaming Leprechaun
• 6 oz Guinness
• 3 oz Baileys
• 6 oz dark rum
• 1 oz Grenadine
• 2 oz Midori
• 2 oz Creme de Methne
Mix and pour over crushed ice in a pint glass, garnish with pineapple
chunks.
Tight Fit
• 1/3 shot vodka
• 1/3 shot Baileys
• 1/3 shot Creme de Cacao
• 1 shot half and half (light cream)
Pour ingredients into highball with ice.

• 1 tbsp (15 ml) Baileys
• 1 tbsp (15 ml) Sheridans
• 1 tbsp (15 ml) vodka
Serve over ice with cream.
Voodoo Child
• 1 part Midori liqueur
• 1 part Opal Nera
• 1 part Baileys
• 1 part coffee liqueur
• 1 part cream
Layer Midori liqueur on Opal Nera in a glass. Shake other ingredients
with ice and strain over liqueurs. Garnish with black and green
jelly babies on a skewer.
Wee Scotch Dram
• 3 parts Baileys
• 2 parts Drambuie
• 1 part Scotch whiskey
Serve over ice.
Zowie Cocktail
• 1 part banana liqueur
• 1 part Baileys
• 1 part Malibu
